PAYMENTS TERM

The advance payment to secure a reservation amounts to 30% of the rental price. The balance has to be paid 35 days prior to the date of check-in. Payments can be made by credit card (Visa and MasterCard), bank transfer and PayPal (02% commission applied).

BOOKING INFORMATION

The advance payment to secure a reservation amounts to 30% of the rental price. The balance has to be paid 35 days prior to the date of check-in.

THE COST OF FINAL CLEANING AND UTILITIES AMOUNTS TO EURO 100,00 PER WEEK OR SHORTER STAYING. THE SERVICE INCLUDES ONE SET OF TOWELS PER PERSON AND ONE SET OF LINENS PER BED PER WEEK OR SHORTER STAY.
The cleaning procedures and the cleaning products used respect the guidelines provided by WHO (World Health Organization) and by ISS (Istituto Superiore di Sanità).
Cleaned with disinfectant
All towels and bedding washed in hot water (80ºC)
High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (e.g. countertops, light switches, handles and taps)
Minimum one-day vacancy between guests’ stays

Timetable check-in and check-out
Check-in: 15:00 to 19:30.
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.

Check-in and check-out with no person-to-person contact available on request.

Prices include VAT, cleaning on arrival, internet (WiFi).

Small and medium-sized dogs can be accepted on request.

The swimming pool will be open from May 01st until October 24th 2021.

REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT

The refundable breakage deposit amounts to euro 200,00; it has to be guaranteed, at check-in, either in cash or in alternative, with a credit card pre-authorization (Visa and MasterCard); on the departure day, the amount od the deposit will be released by reimbursing the cash, or by cancelling the pre-authorization, after verifying the absence of damages at the property.

STAY TAX APPLIED BY THE TOWN HALL, COMUNE DI SORRENTO

In sorrento, the Town Hall (Comune di Sorrento) apply a stay tax, “Imposta di Soggiorno”, on travellers visiting town (non-residents staying overnight). The tax is applied to people aged 18 years and over. The tax amounts to euro 3,00 per each day of the stay in Sorrento. The tax is applied for a maximum of 7 days. The amount of the stay tax is not included in the rental price.

The tax has to be paid at check-in.
At the end of the stay, we will send you the receipt issued by the Town Hall
(Comune di Sorrento). The receipt will be issued under the name of the reservation’s holder unless you advice us otherwise.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Holidaymakers will be reimbursed the full payment if the cancellation is notified to info@casadelcapo.com at least 60 days prior to check-in date. If the cancellation is notified between 30 and 60 days before check-in date, holidaymakers are entitled to receive a refund equivalent to 50% of the rental price of the reservation. If the cancellation is notified later than 30 days prior to check-in date, holidaymakers will not receive any refund.
