PAYMENTS TERM

The advance payment to secure a reservation amounts to 30% of the rental price. The balance has to be paid 35 days prior to the date of check-in. Payments can be made by credit card (Visa and MasterCard), bank transfer and PayPal (02% commission applied).

BOOKING INFORMATION

THE COST OF FINAL CLEANING AND UTILITIES AMOUNTS TO EURO 100,00 PER WEEK OR SHORTER STAYING. THE SERVICE INCLUDES ONE SET OF TOWELS PER PERSON AND ONE SET OF LINENS PER BED PER WEEK OR SHORTER STAY.

REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT

The refundable breakage deposit amounts to euro 200,00; it has to be guaranteed, at check-in, either in cash or in alternative, with a credit card pre-authorization (Visa and MasterCard); on the departure day, the amount od the deposit will be released by reimbursing the cash, or by cancelling the pre-authorization, after verifying the absence of damages at the property.

STAY TAX APPLIED BY THE TOWN HALL, COMUNE DI SORRENTO

The stay tax amounts to euro 3.00 per person (over 18 years of age) per day (maximum 07 days). The stay tax has to be paid at check-in. The Town Hall will issue the receipt.

Check-in: 15:00 to 19:30.
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m..
Prices include VAT, cleaning on arrival, internet (WiFi).
Small and medium-sized dogs can be accepted on request.
The swimming pool will be open from May 01st until October 24th 2020.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Holidaymakers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they’ve paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

In the garden and the swimming pool areas children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
The pool has no lifeguard.
The use of the pool between the hours of 20:00 and 06:00 must be arranged with the landlords.
